Happy May to you!

I have been thinking that email verification using a business or professional email address to send newsletters to your fans and customers is crucial for ensuring your hard work doesn’t end up in their junk email folders. Personal email addresses often get flagged as spam by providers like Google and Yahoo, which can significantly diminish your outreach efforts. By opting for a dedicated business email, you not only enhance your brand's credibility but also increase the likelihood of your messages reaching your audience. I recommend considering companies like Hostinger, GoDaddy, or Google Workspace to secure your professional email domain. This investment can make a real difference in your communication with customers and help support your business growth.

I've been getting many emails from companies without professional email addresses, or their addresses aren't verified. This is a problem! When you sign up for their newsletters and find them in your junk folder, it’s likely because they haven't invested in a proper email domain. Also, if your email open rate is below 20%, it means your emails might also be going to the junk folder. You don't want that!

Do not use your personal email for business-related emails about sales, new products, or music. Providers like Google and Yahoo may mark these emails as unverified and send them to junk folders. For instance, I recently missed emails from a consultant because her business email wasn’t verified.
